The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects from planning through completion. This role is site-based and provides overall leadership for project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of EPC project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate activities between engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project reporting, change orders, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support project startup, turnover, and closeout activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Project management experience in EPC, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or related construction environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, contract management, scheduling, and cost management.
  • PMP certification and/or PE license preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
