As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol in Fayetteville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Our armed officers in a healthcare location monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and routine patrols. This role calls for strong communication, customer service, and professionalism while supporting patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical-related situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professional armed presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for restricted areas, visitor traffic, and/or after-hours movement in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or security-related concerns, and communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
