The ServiceNow System Administrator is a member of the IS&T ServiceNow Platform Team, supporting the ongoing operational needs and future growth of the platform. This role is responsible for assisting with configuration, maintenance, and deployment activities across ServiceNow environments, including sub-production and production instances. The administrator will also provide day-to-day system support, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by developing/implementing enhancements to existing and future ServiceNow capabilities.

Prior experience with ServiceNow is preferred, but candidates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Application Administrator II is an ideal intermediate-level analyst position at MultiCare, responsible for systems, applications and training support. In this role, you will be engaged in a combination of intermediate to complex analytical, clinical, financial and administrative projects and be able to apply your independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • You will support clinical quality and contribute to clinical quality initiatives by partnering with physicians, medical providers, management and staff to create, optimize, implement and enhance applications, systems and analytic tools for payroll, human resources management, supply chain, financial and administrative systems
  • You will develop training material related to applications and systems, perform clinical and business evaluations as assigned, and develop efficiency training material (optimization)
  • You will support financial sustainability and contribute to financial sustainability by the implementation of technology solutions and application of sound financial strategies
  • You will research new, updated enhancements and advancements in software and hardware for cost-effectiveness, efficiency and productivity improvements
  • You will utilize project management techniques to plan, monitor, manage and report on the implementation process and status of projects and work activities

Requirements

  • Associates degree or vocational/technical program completion in business, healthcare, or Information Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • An equivalent combination of additional qualifying work experience and technical certification or training may be substituted for education
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in developing, implementing, operating or maintaining information systems
  • Previous installation experience with healthcare systems databases and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $73,798.40 - $101,899.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
