Mailroom Coordinator Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr Tampa, FL 33609 Start Date: June 29th 90 Day Contract Description Open, sort, date stamp, scan and distribute all incoming mail to the appropriate location and personnel. Responsible for department mailings utilizing established mail method protocols Responsible for printing and delivery of the Explanation of Reimbursement across service lines Responsible for printing checks and packaging per established protocol. Responsible for Tampa Mailroom email box. Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours. Skills Administrative skills, data entry, microsoft office, Customer service, Support Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in facility support preferred Working knowledge of MS office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel Internet - Provide detailed data searches and online applications (e.g., Fed Ex Delivery and ordering of products) Strong written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to organize data Able to demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance Able to learn new programs and processes Well organized with the ability to multitask between several projects delegated by multiple parties. Work Environment:* * While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear * The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * The employee is regularly required to walk and sit; climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl (for purposes of filling photocopier/printers) * As the employee maintains and orders supplies the employee is occasionally required to reach above shoulder height to access storage cabinets and mail cubicles * The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. #eastpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
