Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to identify different types and sizes of lumber
• Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment year-round
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle lumber throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
• Stack, organize, and move lumber throughout the yard
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
• Identify lumber products by type, size, and grade
• Verify order accuracy before shipment or customer pickup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and yard operations guidelines
• Assist with general yard and warehouse duties as assigned
