Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across partner programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize program effectiveness and ROI
  • Maintain accurate records of program plans, campaign performance data, and partner engagement metrics
  • Use data and dashboards to monitor pipeline impact and identify opportunities to improve marketing outcomes

AI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of Working

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market execution within a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, co-marketing strategies, and partner enablement
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, webinar, and event channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy into clear, compelling partner and customer-facing messaging and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable program improvements
