Security Officer Patrol Concierge

As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a government transit location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to support the public, respond to day-to-day concerns, and work with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and driven by integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted locations while observing for unusual conditions and/or policy violations.
• Assist visitors, passengers, and staff with directions, information, and reporting of concerns while supporting daily location operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
