Looking for the below: *Know what the plan is so that they can identify vulnerabilities to help remediate *Resources WILL NOT be doing technical work but shining a light on some of the vulnerabilities that they are seeing and driving an outcome to that. *Although PM/PC are fine, Paul indicated that resources that have worked on the operations side doing Incident Response or Change Management accessing vulnerability constraints would be good skill sets for these roles. *Resources will be aligned with senior leadership such as Vinny's directs in which they will be pulling and sharing vulnerabilities of that portfolio that they are aligned to, and understand a plan of action and why certain things are not adding up, asking probing questions or challenging it. *Looking for resources that have have experience doing Generic Vulnerability management, working for large institutions (Financial Industry Preferred, but mainly large environment), need to be able to have great communication as they will be working with senior leadership, vendors etc. *Don't need experience with Databases. *Experience with Excel - able to enter data in excel; Large data sets (lists of vulnerabilities they are tracking), able to sort, filter, pivot and VLOOKUP with confidence (and self-validate that the wrangling they have done hasn't messed up the data set). +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Role Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Technology Infrastructure Vulnerability Remediation Coordinators to support the Core Technology Infrastructure organisation. In this role, you will ensure the timely remediation of security vulnerabilities and the elimination of end-of-support technologies across critical infrastructure domains. Working within a team of peers, each coordinator will be aligned to a specific portfolio of infrastructure technologies such as Database, Identity, Middleware, Messaging, Data Science, and AI platforms. You will develop deep familiarity with vulnerability findings and lifecycle risks across your assigned portfolio, driving prioritisation of remediation activities and collaborating with engineering teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities *Drive and coordinate remediation efforts for infrastructure vulnerabilities, including software, hardware, and configuration-related issues *Maintain ownership of a defined portfolio of vulnerability findings, ensuring appropriate prioritisation based on risk, exposure, and business impact *Partner with infrastructure engineering teams, application owners, and security stakeholders to define and execute remediation strategies *Engage with vendors and subject matter experts to identify solutions for complex or systemic vulnerabilities *Track and monitor remediation progress, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and risk-based SLAs *Analyse vulnerability data from security tools (e.g. Qualys, Aqua, configuration compliance platforms) to identify trends, anomalies, and systemic risks *Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to leadership and governance forums where appropriate *Support the identification and remediation of end-of-support products and lifecycle risks across the infrastructure estate *Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and risk partners *Contribute to improving vulnerability remediation governance, processes, and reporting frameworks *Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal control assessments related to vulnerability management *Promote a strong culture of risk awareness and accountability across technology teams Required Qualifications *5+ years of experience in Information Security, Infrastructure Technology, or related field *Proven experience coordinating or managing vulnerability remediation or risk mitigation activities *Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities *Experience working with vulnerability scanning and security tools such as Qualys, Aqua, or similar platforms *Solid understanding of infrastructure environments including cloud, servers, operating systems, and networking *Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact for non-technical stakeholders *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail *Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment *Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot Desired Qualifications *Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline *Experience across multiple infrastructure domains (e.g. database, identity, middleware, cloud platforms) *Understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management and remediation governance frameworks *Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments, preferably within financial services *Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiencies *Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to information
