What You'll Do



  • Lead hands-on design execution for global brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
  • Support creative leadership in developing campaign look and feel.
  • Create high-quality visual assets across digital, editorial, and presentation formats.
  • Translate strategic creative direction into polished, production-ready design work.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, narrative, production, and marketing.
  • Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all visual outputs.
  • Stay current on trends across design, fashion, film, sport, culture, and technology.


Required Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of experience in brand design, art direction, or integrated creative design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating craft excellence, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working across campaigns, identity systems, or multi-channel creative work.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative thinking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in typography, layout, composition, and visual systems.
  • Proven ability in campaign and storytelling design execution.
  • Experience with digital and editorial design across multiple formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and craft precision.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.


Nice to Have Qualifications



  • Experience in global consumer brands or agency environments.
  • Exposure to motion design, photography direction, or identity systems.
  • Strong interest in sport, culture, fashion, and contemporary design trends.
