Custodial Specialist

Custodial position exists to provide a clean, sanitized environment for the Health Center.

Lafene Health Center provides students with accessible, high quality, and affordable outpatient healthcare, focusing on keeping students healthy and promoting a healthy campus community. Care is provided by board certified physicians and nurse practitioners, as well as nursing professionals. Students receive the same high quality care one would expect from their healthcare providers at home. Students will have access to coordinated and comprehensive services targeted at building and maintaining overall well-being. We believe good health is essential for academic success.

This position is On-site.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law.

Minimum Qualifications:

• None required

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year experience in general cleaning of office buildings, etc. 1-6 months experience in hospital and/or medical facility. 1-6 months experience operation laundry equipment.
  Ability to sweep, mop, dust and empty trash containers daily. Be able to move and operate equipment associated with custodial work to achieve desired results. Work requires moderate physical exertion in order to be able to regularly transport 25 lbs.
