We're seeking TA Specialists to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and make a direct impact on our business through strategic recruiting. In this full-cycle recruitment role, you'll own the entire hiring experience, from sourcing exceptional talent to closing offers, working across multiple business functions.
You'll partner with leaders and hiring managers throughout the organization, leveraging recruiting tools and your own expertise to attract and place top talent. Based on your experience and background, you may focus on product, corporate, or other key business areas, building teams that drive innovation and organizational success. You'll see your impact immediately as you help shape the talent that powers our company's growth. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you will be doing: Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from gathering requirements and understanding role specifications through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Build and manage a strong, organized candidate pipeline using recruitment systems to track progress and maintain accurate records
- Present qualified candidates with relevant insights and support hiring managers in making informed decisions
Sourcing & Candidate Identification
- Leverage sourcing tools, Boolean search, and AI-powered candidate matching to identify qualified talent efficiently across diverse roles and functions
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and cultural alignment
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain an active network of talent in your assigned area
- Use data and sourcing insights to continuously improve recruitment strategy and candidate quality
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Deliver professional, timely communication throughout the recruitment process, from application through hiring decision
- Coordinate interview logistics, manage scheduling, and keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage
- Utilize scheduling and communication tools to streamline the process and create a positive candidate experience
Technology & Process Optimization
- Master our ATS systems, candidate management platforms, and recruiting software, using them to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to source talent faster and make better matches
- Track and maintain recruiting metrics to understand pipeline health and recruitment effectiveness
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Attend business-specific meetings to understand priorities, upcoming hiring needs, and strategic direction
- Provide regular recruitment updates and proactive insights to keep hiring managers engaged
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proficiency with ATS systems and CRM platforms
- Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated recruiting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%

- Experience or subject expertise in the talent ecosystem (onboarding, performance management, employee development)
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions or departments

However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
