Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the development and manufacturing interface, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create manufacturing jobs and documentation
  • Organize and track materials for each job
  • Schedule jobs to hit customer deadlines
  • Help track project health in terms of schedule and technical risks and issues. Prepares and presents comprehensive project status reports to internal and external stakeholders

Must Have:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum 3 years work experience supporting manufacturing operations
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency in production, engineering and materials management
  • MRP/EPR
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Prefer experience with new product development
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, and must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willingness to travel, if required

Good to have:

  • Medical Device industry experience preferred

Salary Range: 23-32/hr based on skills and experience
