Job Title: Team Assistant

Location(s): Buffalo Grove, IL

Job Details:

• Part-time, onsite position
• Schedule:
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 7:15 AM - 4:45 PM
  • Friday: 7:15 AM - 12:45 PM
• Uses Fieldglass for timekeeping
• Excel experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve as the receptionist and provide administrative support for training operations.
• Review and submit building maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure training courses run smoothly, including:
  • Classroom setup
  • Training materials preparation
  • Catering coordination
• Support student experience from enrollment through class completion.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Use Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and other key functions, to monitor and manage data.
• Prepare and organize training materials in classrooms.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Excel proficiency (including VLOOKUP and other common functions).
• Administrative support experience.
• Reception/front desk customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple training-related activities in an onsite environment.
