Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate production and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production quotas.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move 15-35 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to attendance and productivity.

Job Duties:

• Operate assembly machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor assembly line performance, machine run times, and production output.
• Complete daily production reports accurately and on time.
• Produce quality products while meeting customer specifications and production standards.
• Perform routine quality inspections and machine checks throughout the shift.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
• Communicate machine status, production progress, and operational concerns to supervisors and shift leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 6S and workplace safety practices.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
