APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Remove finished goods and empty containers from workstations and transport them to designated areas to maintain organized and efficient workspaces. Manage and monitor Kanban cards or visual signals to trigger timely material replenishment and maintain inventory levels at workstations. Assist with workstation setup activities, material staging, and quick changeovers to support efficient production cycles and minimize downtime. Stage materials and assist with workstation changeovers to support efficient production transitions and minimize delays. Maintain a consistent pace to ensure workstations are never idle. Report material shortages, damaged materials, safety concerns, or production disruptions to appropriate personnel to ensure timely resolution. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling What Sets You Apart: Working knowledge of production processes and manufacturing, with ability to understand how materials flow through the production environment. Understanding of the entire production, process and, specific, work cells. Organization: Highly organized to manage, multiple, workflows, simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lean knowledge (Kanban, 5s, visual management) Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check The associate will frequently be to stand and walk for long periods of time and to occasionally sit, bend, reach, or stoop to perform certain tasks. The associate will frequently be to make coordinated hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects. The associate must frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
