AMSOIL INC. is seeking an Operations Manager at our AMSOIL Las Vegas, NV location! We are looking for a results-driven, strategic, and people-focused Operations Manager who takes pride in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional service levels in a fast-paced environment.

This role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring our distribution operations run efficiently, safely, and accurately every day. As an Operations Manager, you will directly influence inventory flow, order fulfillment accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction while championing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety. Your leadership ensures we meet business goals while building a strong, engaged workforce that powers our success


Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday with core working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm with flexibility as needed for business requirements.



What you will own:



  • Lead and optimize daily distribution center operations, including workflow, labor allocation, and equipment utilization to drive productivity and service excellence
  • Execute operational strategies in partnership with senior leadership and monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved
  • Identify operational challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements
  • Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and associates to build a high-performing, engaged team
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations
  • Communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership to support data-driven decisions
  • Foster an environment centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience in high-volume environments
  • Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, and RF scanning technology
  • A people-first leadership style with strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to create a positive, accountable, and high-performing work culture
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with experience in root-cause analysis
  • Ability to prioritize work and lead confidently in fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to safety, inclusion, and fostering a respectful workplace
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Preferred certifications: APICS/ASCM (CLTD, CSCP, CPIM), Lean Six Sigma, or CPDW
  • Forklift certification required



Compensation That Reflects Your Value:

Pay Range: Salary - $81,200 - $95,500 (actual compensation based on education and experience)
