Description The Senior Operations Maintenance Analyst (Sr. OMA) will coordinate maintenance and operations activities at Liberty Paper in the Paper Production area and maintain an efficient and effective partnership between Operations and Maintenance. The Sr. OMA will maintain a safe work environment by coordinating life safety management compliance for scheduled activities, prioritizing safety work orders, leading safety work notification review meetings, and ensuring safety work orders are completed in a timely manner. Shutdown coordination, execution and accountability will be a focus of this position. This position will report to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, with a dotted line to the Paper Machine Production Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $88,226 - $110,282 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
