POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' Vice President of Talent Acquisition will lead Moss' energy recruiting strategy across both hourly and salaried hiring, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to support continued growth across all business units and geographies. This leader will build and scale a high-performing, data-driven talent acquisition function, partnering closely with executive leadership and operations to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and drive proactive hiring strategies in competitive labor markets. A key focus of the role will be elevating employer brand, optimizing recruiting processes through technology and analytics, and establishing clear performance metrics that align talent acquisition outcomes with business objectives.
