Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for our Human Resources team in one of the following office locations: Menlo Park, CA; Natick, MA; and Denver, CO. The Senior HRIS Analyst will lead the evolution of our HR systems, with a strong focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions that support the business. This role blends technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement- translating business needs into scalable HRIS solutions, improving processes, and enabling better decision-making across HR and the firm. This is an ideal role for someone who is innovative, highly organized, and thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and people.



You will be responsible for

  • Owning and optimizing HR technology platforms, including UKG and iCIMS:
    • Serving as system expert and primary point of contact for configuration, reporting, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
    • Ensuring system integrity, performance, and alignment with HR, recruiting, and business needs
  • Translating business needs into solutions:
    • Partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to assess needs and define requirements
    • Designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
  • Driving reporting, analytics, and insights:
    • Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar tools)
    • Delivering clear, actionable insights to inform workforce and business decisions
    • Ensuring strong data integrity and governance across reporting outputs
  • Leveraging technology and AI to improve outcomes:
    • Identifying opportunities to apply automation, AI tools, or advanced analytics to streamline processes and enhance insights
    • Staying current on emerging capabilities and recommending practical application to add business value
  • Leading projects and continuous improvement:
    • Managing HRIS-related initiatives (system enhancements, integrations, reporting improvements) end-to-end
    • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
  • Strengthening stakeholder partnerships:
    • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities
    • Communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Supporting and enabling users:
    • Troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes
    • Providing training, guidance, and documentation to improve adoption and consistency


You will have the following skills and qualifications

  • Experience
    • 5+ years of HRIS experience, ideally in an analyst or senior analyst role
    • Hands-on experience with UKG / UltiPro / UKG Pro (strongly preferred)
    • Experience with iCIMS or another talent acquisition system preferred
    • Experience supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, or performance management
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Core Capabilities
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach
    • Proven ability to assess needs and translate them into effective system solutions
    • Experience managing projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
    • Strong data and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI or similar tools

    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Collaborative and proactive in building relationships across teams
    • Clear, confident communicator-able to simplify complex topics
    • Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and using them to improve efficiency and insights
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with HRIS implementations or major system enhancements
    • Familiarity with integrations across HR, recruiting, payroll, and finance systems
    • Exposure to data governance, compliance, and audit practices
    • Experience applying automation, AI, or advanced analytics within HR or business processes

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.



Salary Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
