We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the new product introduction (NPI) process for our electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, project management, and product development, with a proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams, customer communications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
