Join a pioneering team building advanced autonomous mobility technology and solving complex challenges across hardware, software, data, and operations. This team is focused on reliability, product quality, and deployment readiness for highly technical systems operating in real-world environments.

We are seeking a Contract Technical Program Manager to drive execution across critical reliability programs. This role sits at the intersection of hardware reliability engineering, data infrastructure, and field service operations, requiring someone who can manage cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, data, and service teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on TPM who can run structured cadences, manage dependencies, track program health, maintain strong Jira/Confluence hygiene, and ensure teams are ready for deployment with clear documentation, playbooks, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery execution across multiple concurrent workstreams with distinct engineering teams, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Run program cadences, including standups, cross-team syncs, deployment readiness reviews, and documentation review cycles.
  • Coordinate with Data Engineering on infrastructure delivery milestones, including schema migrations, data pipeline hardening, ETL workflows, and platform integrations.
  • Partner with Operations and Field Service teams to ensure deployment readiness, including playbooks, workflow definitions, fleet response documentation, and launch-readiness artifacts.
  • Define, track, and report on key program metrics, KPIs, milestone health, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain strong Jira and Confluence hygiene, including epics, structure boards, action items, delivery reporting, and real-time portfolio visibility.
  • Identify and escalate cross-team blockers with clear problem statements, impact assessments, and recommended resolution paths.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture decisions, track action items, and drive follow-through to closure.
  • Provide regular program status roll-ups, risk assessments, and executive-level updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 4 to 6 years of Technical Program Management experience driving delivery in hybrid hardware/software environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs spanning hardware, software, data infrastructure, operations, or field service.
  • Experience driving program execution through structured cadences, escalation paths, action item tracking, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Proficiency with project tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent, including epics, structure boards, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts such as SQL, schema design, ETL workflows, data pipelines, or platform integrations; production coding experience is not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical status, risks, and blockers into clear summaries for technical teams and leadership.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, automotive, robotics, aerospace, fleet operations, or another complex hardware/software environment.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, prognostic health management, product quality, or hardware reliability concepts.
  • Exposure to FMEA, degradation modeling, failure mode analysis, root cause analysis, or related reliability methods.
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data/ML platform tooling.
  • Experience with field service management systems such as SAP FSM, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce Field Service, Maximo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting deployment readiness, operational playbooks, workflow documentation, technical publications, or field service documentation.
  • Experience supporting programs tied to fleet operations, service operations, product quality, or reliability performance.
