HR Data Analyst - Risk Consulting / Financial Services

RSM is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support HR data and reporting initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice, aligned to Financial Services client engagements. This role will support design, integration, validation, and reporting across HR systems to help enable accurate, consistent, and actionable data insights.

The HR Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Technology, Data, and Reporting stakeholders, to support data alignment, improve data quality, and ensure reporting outputs meet business and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, integration, and validation of HR data across systems, including Workday and related data platforms
  • Assist in defining and documenting key HR data elements and source-to-target data mappings
  • Validate data quality and help ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data
  • Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives, including preparation of data for reporting outputs
  • Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to align data with business needs and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting HR data, reporting, or data integration initiatives within enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar)
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $40 - $60 per hour
