Symetra is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join a fast-growing team of builders inside our Data Analytics organization, the AI Enablement team! This team's goal is to accelerate AI adoption across the company in two ways: by building shared platforms, tooling, and patterns that let other teams effectively integrate AI into their workflows, and by shipping AI-powered applications for the most important use cases. About the role As a senior leader, you will be responsible for a major part of what we build. You'll lead cross-functional teams, with the exact scope shaped around your strengths and what the team needs as we grow. You'll set strategy and own delivery for your area, partner with the business and IT, and stay technical enough to lead builders. What You will Do

Compensation Salary Range: $188,500 - $314,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus program and long-term incentive plan Who You Are
