TEKsystems is partnering with a global client, to bring on a JAMF Administrator for a six-month contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of extension or conversion. This role is supporting a large, enterprise Apple/Mac environment and offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, global team. Location: Hybrid - Oshkosh, WI Duration: 6-month contract (high potential for extension/perm) Key Responsibilities: * Own full administration of the Mac OS / Apple OS environment supporting ~1,000-1,200 global users * Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Mac systems, primarily for graphics-focused users * Manage JAMF for device configuration, deployment, patching, and ongoing administration * Resolve common issues including FileMaker connectivity and Mac-specific configuration challenges * Partner with global teams to support enterprise-level IT initiatives and ensure a seamless user experience * Maintain and improve performance, stability, and security of the Apple ecosystem Required Qualifications: * Strong experience supporting Mac OS / Apple OS in an enterprise environment * Proven experience as a Desktop Support Administrator or similar role * Hands-on experience with JAMF administration * Experience troubleshooting complex Mac-related issues and configurations * Ability to operate effectively in a global, enterprise setting Nice to Have: * Experience supporting creative/graphics user environments * Exposure to FileMaker systems * Strong collaboration and communication skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
