Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:



  • As a Federal Contractor, Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
  • 1+ Year of Press Brake Operator Experience required
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English
  • Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • Operation of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure


What You Do:



  • Interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan daily tasks.
  • Measure, cut, and shape metal components using standard fabrication tools.
  • Set up workstations, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are ready for use.
  • Perform accurate layout and part preparation prior to welding or forming.
  • Operate general fabrication equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders.
  • Run a press brake for bending operations as needed or train to develop proficiency.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy, correct bends, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Adjust tools, fixtures, or settings to ensure dimensional consistency.
  • Troubleshoot fabrication issues and suggest improvements to workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with other fabricators to complete assemblies and large projects.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the day.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and equipment checks.
  • Document completed work and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Support crosstraining efforts within the fabrication team.
  • Assist in continuousimprovement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
