The National Product Line Leader for Humanities manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential national clients to meet sales objectives. This role develops and implements strategies to grow the organization's Humanities business; executing contracts; and account and brand forecasting. The Product Line Leader exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and valuation criteria for obtaining results. Additional work includes solving significant and unique issues or problems that require an in-depth knowledge of own discipline and how it inter-relates to other disciplines. This leader also initiates and implements Sales and Go-to-Market development plans to support these efforts working with Sales, Development, Marketing, and Product throughout the process. The National Product Line Leader is responsible for ensuring that our product models meet and exceed the needs of our customers (administrators, teachers, parents, and students), and to gain exposure for new products in the marketplace. This involves strategic selection and management of school districts and educational organizations to better inform our product development. Activities include managing key sites and cultivating relationships between our customers that result in targeted closed adoptions by building early and ongoing relationships with key accounts. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets for K-12 Humanities.

This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. The posted hiring range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting and remains subject to modification. Compensation is determined by factors such as but not limited to skills, experience, budget, and internal equity.
