Department OverviewThe Product Transformation & Analytics team within the Video & Software (V&S) organization is responsible for enabling the success of the wider product organization by managing key operating disciplines, modernizing operational processes, and unlocking data-driven insights. We strive to lower the overall complexity of doing business, accelerate time-to-market for our capabilities and solutions, and guide the continual optimization of cross-organizational platforms. Sitting at the center of the company's most strategic work, this department drives enterprise-level outcomes across quote-to-cash (QTC) modernization, advanced business intelligence, and cloud journey efficiencies to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Job DescriptionThe Director, Transformation & Analytics is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, technology transformation, and advanced data analytics across the V&S organization. This leader will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of transformation programs, manage critical platform ecosystems, and serve as a core liaison between IT, Finance, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
Qualifications:
Target Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 USD. Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
