Overview
Provides administrative support for projects and initiatives within BroMenn's Department of Spiritual Care. Assists with operations of the department by compiling data, coordinating schedules, managing events and preparing a variety of reports. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Greets and directs team members, customers, and outside visitors. Prepares and disseminates correspondence, presentations, handouts, signs, invitations, etc. utilizing various software packages. Collects data and/or compiles information to prepare and file reports. Maintains director's calendar and shared departmental calendars, intranet page, and contact lists. Monitors budget for department and prepares expense reports, check requests, and invoice payment. Reviews potential grant opportunities and makes appropriate recommendations to implement. Writes grant applications and assists investigators. Responsible for all grant submissions, implementation, follow-up and tracking. Maintains hourly staffing schedule and edits department time cards. Maintains, orders, and stocks department supplies and equipment. Maintains records and files within the department/unit. Maintains department policies and procedures. Sets up meetings and maintains meeting schedule for department director and others within department as assigned. Arranges catering, AV requests, handouts, agendas, minutes, etc., for meetings. Serves as recording secretary as assigned. Makes travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, airline reservations, ground transportation, seminar registration, etc. Coordinates work of department volunteer(s). Retrieves and processes department mail. Coordinates other department initiatives as assigned. Maintains PerfectServe for chaplains. Compiles and maintains on-call schedules for chaplains and Ethics Triage Team. Coordinates and processes bereavement support correspondence. Maintains Caring Hearts Fund correspondence with participating businesses, including picking up and distributing bus passes, processing fund transfers, and making out-of-town travel arrangements. Monitors CPE student recruitment, coordinates interviews of prospective students, assists with new-student onboarding and orientation, processes tuition payments, monitors student PTO time, coordinates unit transition procedures, assists with graduation. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.51per hour - $29.99per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
