Requirements

• Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Ability to accurately process customer orders and payments
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to assist with warehouse duties as needed
• Ability to lift and load customer orders when required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift operation is not required until permanent hire

Job Duties

• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Collect customer payments and process transactions
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide order updates and assist customers with questions regarding their purchases
• Greet customers picking up orders at the will-call counter
• Assist with loading customer orders as needed (no forklift operation while temporary)
• Support warehouse operations with general duties when needed
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service
• Perform additional clerical and warehouse support duties as assigned
