Location: Rochester, NY

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Shift Options: 1st Shift, 7 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift, 12 PM-8:30 PM, Sunday-Thursday | 2 weeks training on 1st shift required

Material Handler Requirements and Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming materials accurately and on time.
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and daily cycle counts.
• Record material receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
• Deliver materials to production areas and replenish manufacturing inventory as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized warehouse inventory, labeling, and storage locations.
• Complete equipment inspections and maintain maintenance logs.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
• Assist with manufacturing and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, material handling, or inventory experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory transactions, and cycle counting is preferred.
• Forklift experience and strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift while following all safety procedures.
