What You'll Do

• Drive the entire UX design lifecycle, from initial discovery through to final implementation, ensuring solutions are user-centric and meet business objectives.
• Design seamless and intuitive interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile environments.
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional Agile team to co-create groundbreaking solutions.
• Lead design exploration and decision-making independently, expertly defining complex problems and proposing impactful solutions.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, proactively addressing challenges and implementing effective resolutions.
• Champion high design standards, meticulously adhering to established channel guidelines and the design system, while thoughtfully evolving patterns and approaches.
• Cultivate robust, productive partnerships with peers and cross-functional teams through transparent communication, shared understanding, and mutual accountability.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities through exceptional craft, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
• Mentor and support less experienced designers, fostering continuous growth and development within the team.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have)

• 6-10 years of comprehensive UX design experience, specifically focused on digital products.
• 1+ year of dedicated UX experience designing for touch-based mobile interfaces.
• A compelling online portfolio that vividly showcases your design thinking and innovative solutions. Please ensure your resume includes a link to your digital portfolio of relevant work, along with any necessary passwords.
• Demonstrated expertise across most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
