Requirements Previous customer service and account management experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage client emails effectively Basic understanding of invoices and order processing Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve customer issues Ability to collaborate with supply chain and internal teams to meet customer needs Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills Job Duties Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication Process and coordinate multiple customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment Organize, prioritize, and respond to client emails in a fast-paced environment Review invoices and assist with order-related questions or discrepancies Work closely with supply chain and internal departments to resolve order issues and meet customer expectations Communicate order updates and provide proactive solutions to clients Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve escalated customer concerns Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned Why This Opportunity?
