Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company committed to improving patient outcomes through scientific innovation, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. This organization develops life-changing therapies while advancing new digital health capabilities that improve how patients access care and engage with treatment.

In this role:



  • The Project Manager will provide critical operational, delivery, and marketing campaign support to the Business Development and Digital Health teams. This role focuses on three strategic pillars: telehealth marketing partnerships, enterprise strategic alliances, and the cross-functional deployment of innovative digital health capabilities.
  • The Project Manager will serve as a key operational and marketing bridge between external partners, internal Brand Marketing teams, and corporate stakeholders to drive rigorous execution, omnichannel governance, and reporting for high-impact commercial initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project management discipline, marketing operations expertise (omnichannel campaigns, digital media, consumer journeys), and the agility to navigate complex, regulated healthcare environments.


Department

This role operates as an individual contributor within the Business Development & Digital Health organization. The position requires significant cross-functional coordination and the ability to independently manage complex, high-visibility initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Governance
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central operational point of contact across internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Digital Health, agency partners, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Business Development.
  • Campaign & Milestone Management: Establish and maintain end-to-end project schedules across multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, telehealth integrations, and partnership workstreams.
  • Compliance & MLR Alignment: Coordinate and manage co-branded marketing materials, digital media assets, website content, and integrated consumer workflows through Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and related review processes to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal company policies.
  • Capability Intake & Brand Activation: Support the operational intake, prioritization, and scoping of new marketing capabilities and partnership requests from commercial teams. Facilitate discovery workshops with external partners.
  • Platform Lifecycle Management: Maintain data integrity, marketing asset tracking, and partnership visibility within the enterprise CRM platform, ensuring accurate pipeline reporting and milestone tracking.
  • Executive Enablement: Develop executive-ready marketing briefs, campaign performance presentations, and business review materials to support leadership decision-making.



Analytics, and Measurement



  • Marketing Analytics & Commercial Reporting: Develop monthly performance dashboards that aggregate data from telehealth partnerships, digital marketing campaigns (ROI, conversion rates, traffic), partner performance metrics, and health outcome data.
  • Business Case Support: Partner with Finance, Media Agencies, and Commercial Analytics to support ROI modeling, media optimization, customer lifetime value analysis, and quantitative evaluations for strategic partnerships.
  • Performance Scorecards: Manage recurring scorecard reporting to evaluate agency performance and partnership effectiveness.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, digital marketing, brand management, or strategic account management.
  • Experience supporting corporate strategy, business development, or strategic partnerships within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft Teams, and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong presentation development and executive reporting skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, digital health, or telehealth industries.
  • Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial compliance and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Experience supporting omnichannel marketing campaigns and cross-functional commercial initiatives.
