Requirements Previous billing experience required Transportation industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable attendance and professional work ethic Job Duties Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently Review billing documents for completeness and accuracy Enter and maintain billing information in company systems Verify transportation paperwork and supporting documentation Resolve billing discrepancies as needed Maintain organized billing records and files Communicate with internal departments regarding billing questions and documentation Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information Perform additional administrative duties as assigned More Than Just a Paycheck.
