Warehouse Lead Skills + Requirements + Job Duties:

• Previous Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Associate experience.
• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse team members.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, inspect, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle for material deliveries and pickups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory or CRM systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while reporting equipment or maintenance issues.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials while following warehouse safety procedures.
