Equipment Services Associate

Responsibilities

• This position works in a light manufacturing environment and is responsible for refurbishing of all refill equipment in compliance with company procedures and standards. The Equipment Services -- Refill associate tests, troubleshoots, and refurbishes equipment on various models of refill equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair different types of refill equipment as required
• Perform operational checks and sanitization required on all equipment
• Work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards
• Always follow safety guidelines and good manufacturing processes
• Use problem solving skills to support continuous improvement
• Read technical manuals to support repairs
• Complete documentation and record keeping as assigned for the position
• Maintain clean, orderly manufacturing area
• Perform all basis refurbishment functions (disassemble, assemble, clean, sanitize, quality assurance)
• Actively participate in team huddles to support performance objectives and goal

• Electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills desired
• Ability to use proper tools as provided
• Good verbal and writing skills
• Physically able to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and stand for a prolonged period
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards
• Forklift experience preferred
