Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM-2:30 PM

Machine Operator Requirements:

• 1-3 years of manufacturing or machining experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
• CNC or manual machining experience is a plus but not required.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Operate the specialized Flame Cell Machine and support machining operations.
• Read engineering drawings, routing sheets, and work instructions.
• Assist with operating manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production standards.
• Complete production records, report equipment issues, and maintain a safe work area.
