Salary: Up to $159,000 annually

Lead Enterprise PLM Transformation and Drive Business Innovation

Are you an experienced Aras PLM leader looking to make a strategic impact? We are seeking an Aras PLM Solutions Manager to lead enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive successful system implementations across engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT organizations.

In this leadership role, you will manage Aras Innovator solutions, guide global project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of PLM enhancements, integrations, migrations, and SaaS deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Aras Innovator PLM implementations, configurations, releases, and support activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with engineering, IT, ERP, and business teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions.
• Oversee integrations with CAD, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• Drive process improvements, data governance, and configuration-over-customization best practices.
• Lead development teams and coordinate Agile and traditional project activities.
• Support SaaS readiness, security, compliance, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with executives, SMEs, and external partners to align technology with business objectives.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of PLM implementation and enterprise project management experience.
• 4+ years leading Aras PLM, Aras Innovator, or complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Part, Change, CAD, BOM Management, workflows, and data governance.
• Experience with CAD integrations, ERP integrations, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
