The Marketing Specialist supports the success of KelseyCare Health Plans' Commercial line of business by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. This role focuses on supporting Account Management and New Sales initiatives through sales collateral, campaigns, open enrollment efforts, and targeted communications. The position collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant marketing materials across multiple channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 40% Marketing Collateral Development & Support
    • Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials including brochures, presentations, and employer communications
    • Ensure materials align with brand, messaging, and compliance requirements
    • Manage version control and maintain marketing asset library
    • Coordinate production and distribution with internal teams and vendors
  • 25% Campaign Execution & Support
    • Support marketing campaigns across email, digital, and print channels
    • Align campaigns to Account Management and New Sales priorities
    • Partner with sales and account teams to tailor communications
    • Ensure consistency across campaign touchpoints
  • 20% Content Development & Editing
    • Develop and edit content for email, newsletters, and collateral
    • Ensure messaging is clear and audience-specific
    • Proofread materials for quality and compliance
  • 10% Project Management & Coordination
    • Manage multiple projects and timelines
    • Track deliverables and maintain project documentation
  • 5% Other Duties as Assigned
    • Support Open Enrollment initiatives and marketing events
    • Assist with ad hoc marketing requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 3+ years marketing communications experience
  • Proven solid communication, organization, project management
  • Proven organized and adaptable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced coursework or certifications
  • Relevant certifications
  • Healthcare marketing experience
  • Compliance and CRM familiarity

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
