APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support the development and delivery of complex hardware, software, and integrated systems solutions Participate in system integration, validation, verification, and performance testing activities Develop, analyze, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product lifecycle Assist with system modeling, simulation, and design analysis using MBSE methodologies Support hardware systems design, integration, troubleshooting, and implementation Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system designs meet technical and program requirements Contribute to technical reviews, design evaluations, and problem-solving efforts Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM field 2+ years of experience supporting system design, integration, testing, validation, or requirements management activities 1+ year of experience working with systems engineering tools, requirements management tools, or system modeling tools 1+ year of experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams What Sets You Apart: Understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with Test & Integration Engineering Experience with Requirements Engineering and requirements management tools Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience supporting hardware systems development and integration Agile development experience Ability to quickly learn new technologies and engineering concepts Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve engineering processes Additional Information: Occasional hybrid work flexibility may be available based on business needs Flexible 9/80 work schedule available (every other Friday off) Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug test Occasional overtime may be required based on program schedules and customer needs In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
