Are you our next Digital Marketing Specialist?

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our digital presence and support business growth. In this role, you will develop and optimize digital experiences across our website, marketing automation platforms, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging customer journeys while leveraging data, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Here's how you'll make an impact:



  • Manage, maintain, and optimize website content and landing pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Improve website performance through user experience (UX), SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to develop customer-focused digital content.
  • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, forms, and landing pages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Segment audiences, personalize communications, and optimize marketing automation programs based on campaign performance and insights.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising and social media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to drive continuous improvement and lead generation.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI, and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.


To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing within an industrial manufacturing or automation background.
  • Experience managing website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable content management system (CMS).
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
