About the Role

We are looking for a Global Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategic development, governance, optimization, and execution of pricing strategies to improve profitability across the Gore Performance Solutions (GPS) portfolio. This role is critical within the Commercial organization, responsible for driving profitable growth through data-driven product pricing strategies that align with market conditions, competitive positioning, customer value, and business objectives.

This position will partner closely with Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regional Sales teams to establish scalable global pricing frameworks across multiple product lines and geographies. Key areas of focus will be on product pricing strategy, pricing governance and reporting, margin optimization, and commercial effectiveness across the global Gore Performance Solutions business.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $146,000 - $186,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive global pricing strategy aligned with Gore Performance Solutions growth and profitability objectives.
  • Establish scalable pricing governance models, pricing policies, approval frameworks, and global pricing standards.
  • Drive pricing consistency and discipline across regions.
  • Create pricing segmentation strategies by product category, customer type, market, application, and channel.
  • Lead annual and ongoing pricing reviews to optimize margin performance and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with Product Management to align pricing strategies with product lifecycle
  • Evaluate product value propositions and establish value-based pricing methodologies.
  • Lead price realization initiatives focused on margin expansion and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product management to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with Finance to evaluate profitability impacts, margin performance, and pricing analytics.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in pricing.
  • Significant experience developing and implementing global product pricing strategies within industrial, manufacturing, technical, engineered products, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving margin improvement and commercial growth through pricing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working within complex global matrix organizations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence across functions and organizational levels without direct authority.
  • Experience leveraging pricing analytics, commercial data, and digital tools to support decision-making,
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA degree
  • Experience in commercial strategy, product management, finance, or sales leadership roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, pricing software, and analytics platforms including Power BI.

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
