• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

• Operate manufacturing equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
• Perform assembly tasks while maintaining quality and production standards
• Monitor work processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of finished products
• Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production goals
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and production problems
• Support team training and daily operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow workplace procedures
