As demand accelerates, our Precision Surface Processing (PSP) business is scaling rapidly, creating an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Lead Quality Control Inspector to play a critical role in our continued growth and success. This is far more than a traditional inspection role. As a Lead Quality Control Inspector, you will serve as the final safeguard between precision-engineered components and the advanced systems trusted by the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers. Your expertise will directly influence product quality, manufacturing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and Veeco's commitment to a zero-defect culture. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to drive excellence across incoming inspection, supplier quality, product qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives. From supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) to preventing costly production disruptions, your contributions will have a measurable impact on Veeco's ability to scale, innovate, and deliver industry-leading solutions to customers worldwide.
