ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Must be able to communicate and work well within a team Be able to operate hand and power tools Follow all safety rules and regulations Have the ability to work in a manufacturing environment Able to meet predetermined time requirements per production needs Other duties as assigned Requirements Be a team player and positively interact with others Able to read a standard and/or metric measuring tape Possess good problem solving skills, attitude, and attention to detail Be able to read, write, and communicate in English Participate in CI (Continuous Improvement) and 5S programs Must be able to stand for a entire 8+ hour shift Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs Wear Personal Protection Equipment as required per job/area Work in a non-climate controlled environment
