Temporary Parking Enforcement Officer/ Property Security Officer

Minimum:
High school diploma/ GED

Preferred:
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in security, parking, or related field. Prefer a candidate with T2 or other software experience.

Valid NC Driver's License

The purpose of the Enforcement Officer position is to routinely patrol campus using a vehicle equipped with mobile License Plate Recognition to ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and University policies and laws regarding parking. Candidates should have a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, radio protocol, customer service best practices, and should be comfortable with learning new technology and software.

This position may require occasional weekend or evening work.

Parking and Transportation Services provides transit options to students, faculty, staff and visitors, issues permits to allow lawful parking on the University's campus, issue citations to motorists in violation of University policies, and maintain University parking and transit infrastructure.
