The Cardiology Fellowship Manager, in partnership with Program Directors, faculty, and Institutional GME leadership, is responsible for all aspects of fellowship program administration, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, accreditation activities, educational programming, budgeting, reporting, and learner support. The position serves as a key operational leader for fellowship education and acts as a liaison among fellows, faculty, hospital departments, and external regulatory organizations. Position: Manager, Cardiology Fellowship Shift: Day Shift Experience: 1. Must have 5-10 years experience in Medical Education. 2. Previous management experience in same highly desirable. 3. Must be well versed in general operations of the organization, its mission and strategic plan. 4. Should have experience in Medical Staff and Residency affairs; Management experience in same highly desirable. 5. Willing to commit to lifelong learning. Must possess energy and ability to make independent judgments as required and as within limits of responsibility. Education: 1. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. 2. Master's Degree preferred Licensures/Certifications: (TAGME) Certification in Medical Staff Credential/Privileging may be required.
