Product Lead, Chronic Condition Management

Teladoc Health
$180,000 - $220,000
United States
Jul 21, 2026

Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care.

At Teladoc Health, you are empowered to bring your true self to work while helping millions of people live their healthiest lives.

Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we're transforming how better health happens.

Summary of Position

Chronic conditions - including diabetes, hypertension and obesity - represent one of the largest and fastest-growing areas of healthcare need, and Teladoc Health is uniquely positioned to lead with its integrated care solution. We are seeking a strategic, senior Product Lead to help mold and execute this vision. This is a senior individual contributor role -- someone who sets direction, writes strategy that moves executives and raises the bar for the product team around them.

The ideal candidate brings expertise at the intersection of consumer engagement and healthcare - with experience driving impactful behavior change in patients and making complex workflows simple for clinicians and health coaches, along with experience in adjacent areas like GLP-1 access. You operate with minimal oversight, define ambiguous problem spaces and build alignment across clinical, commercial, engineering, and operational stakeholders. You also invest in the people around you: mentoring and elevating PMs on the team and closing capability gaps without being asked.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to shape a portfolio that can help millions of people manage chronic conditions and improve their long-term health outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own a product strategy and roadmap for a domain of Teladoc's chronic condition management product suite, operating with significant autonomy and setting direction for the team.

  • Define the problem space - not just solve within it. Proactively identify market opportunities, unmet member and client needs, and strategic gaps across the chronic condition management offering.

  • Lead complex, high-impact initiatives end-to-end: from discovery and strategy through delivery and post-launch optimization, including clinical program design, device and data integrations, and medication access workflows where relevant (e.g., GLP-1 and specialty programs).

  • Serve as a player-coach: mentor and provide structured feedback to associate and mid-level PMs, review and raise the quality of product work across the team, and close capability gaps proactively.

  • Write crisp product strategy documents, business cases, and executive narratives that drive decisions and create alignment across clinical, commercial, engineering, and operations.

  • Establish KPIs; translate metrics and member outcomes data into roadmap priorities and strategic decisions.

  • Partner with Commercial to build B2B2C product experiences that serve both employer and health plan clients and the members managing complex, often multi-condition, care journeys.

  • Lead build vs. buy and vendor evaluation decisions (RFI/RFP) for clinical, technology, and pharmacy partners as needed.

  • Present product progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

  • Foster a team environment of learning, psychological safety and high performance.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ability to operate at a senior/lead level with minimal oversight and direction.

  • Track record designing engagement mechanics that translate into measurable behavior change and clinical outcomes - not just activity metrics - with a clear point of view on the difference.

  • Domain experience in chronic condition management - including the clinical and regulatory landscape

  • Familiarity with medication access and reimbursement dynamics relevant to chronic care - for example prior authorization, specialty drug programs, or PBM ecosystems (including GLP-1 access)

  • Proven player-coach track record: has mentored PMs, raised the quality of product work across a team, and influenced outcomes without direct management authority.

  • Demonstrated ability to define ambiguous problem spaces and build consensus across clinical, commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders.

  • Strong product craft: ability to independently write strategy docs, PRDs, and executive narratives that drive decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity; able to create clarity for an entire team, not just yourself.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills - highly skilled at articulating the "what, why, and how." Strong executive presence.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Bonus Qualifications

  • B2B2C experience at scale - delivering products that balance client needs and configurability with an exceptional member experience.

  • Experience owning a product roadmap that directly contributes to a business unit's P&L or revenue growth.
