Junior Experience Services Ambassador - JLL What this job involves:

Join our Experience Services team as a Junior Experience Services Ambassador, playing a critical role in maintaining operational excellence through exceptional inventory management and office support. This position ensures our amenity programs, amenity kitchens, and conference services operate seamlessly by managing stock levels and maintaining pristine meeting spaces. You'll work closely with the Experience Services Manager and team members to create a well-stocked, welcoming environment for employees and guests, with a particular focus on our expanding amenity programs that enhance the daily employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational expertise in inventory management and facilities operations while contributing directly to exceptional workplace experiences at JLL.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage daily inventory counts across all amenity kitchens and storage areas, conducting weekly audits and generating reports while maintaining organized stockroom with clear labeling and FIFO rotation systems
  • Oversee amenity program operations including snack programs and future initiatives, monitoring usage patterns, ensuring consistent availability and quality, and recommending product selections based on employee preferences and feedback
  • Perform daily coffee machine cleaning cycles and deep cleaning protocols across all amenity kitchens, maintaining equipment performance and hygiene standards while monitoring and replenishing coffee supplies, filters, and cleaning materials
  • Clear and reset conference rooms, huddle rooms, and phone rooms between meetings, collecting and washing sustainable dishware, restocking supplies, and ensuring meeting spaces remain pristine and ready-to-use throughout the day
  • Support employee experience initiatives by assisting with event setup, logistics, and supply coordination while contributing creative ideas to enhance workplace amenities and implementing feedback-driven improvements
  • Provide backup coverage for reception and guest services during breaks or absences, professionally welcoming guests, answering and directing calls on the main switchboard, and maintaining visitor records
  • Assist with meeting setup, breakdown, and catering coordination during high-volume periods, supporting conference center operations through internal scheduling software and coordinating with vendors and facilities staff as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, hospitality, or facilities support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity including bending, reaching, pushing/pulling carts, and occasional ladder climbing
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel for inventory tracking and Outlook for communications
  • Customer service mindset with professional demeanor
  • ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (must obtain within 60 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with stock room organization and FIFO rotation systems
  • Experience in corporate facilities or hospitality environments
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute creative ideas for workplace improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with conference services or catering coordination
  • Experience supporting employee engagement programs or amenity management

Location: Chicago, IL

Work Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary/Comp: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

45,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
