Requirements + Job Duties

• Load, unload, receive, inspect, and process inbound, outbound, return, and customs-related freight while maintaining warehouse safety standards.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment to support warehouse and logistics operations.
• Use RF scanners, Bluetooth handheld devices, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory, track shipments, and process transactions accurately.
• Pick, pack, label, and fulfill customer orders according to client requirements, SOPs, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, stock control, cargo verification, and shipping/receiving documentation review.
• Support warehouse administration by assisting with billing activities, inventory reporting, ULD build and breakdown, cargo screening, and customer-specific shipping processes.
• Help drive operational excellence by training temporary staff, resolving shipping and inventory issues, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
